Documentation updated #

New stuff in Fluxbox DOCS, thx to Rando Christensen (Digiwano), we have now “Consolidated new fluxbox documentation” section.
It contains info such as the Getting Started guide (which contains the ‘installing for newbies’ and ‘firstrun’ documents), the Ultimate Guide to fluxbox Tabs, the new Keybindings / Keygrabber reference, and the Setting Backgrounds guide.
